1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, purchasing services, registering for events, engaging JMC Legacy Enterprise, LLC, participating in company activities, or communicating with the company, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 3. No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Outcomes
Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, information provided by JMC Legacy Enterprise, LLC is for general business, promotional, educational, strategic, or informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, insurance, financial advisory, or licensed professional advice.
The company does not guarantee business growth, sponsorship approval, investment returns, funding approval, public exposure, sales, social media results, or any particular outcome from services, events, brand partnerships, marketing, or strategic activities.
4. Scope of Services and Written Agreements
Specific services, deliverables, pricing, timelines, payment terms, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, and responsibilities must be confirmed in a written and signed agreement, proposal, statement of work, invoice, sponsorship agreement, appearance agreement, brand partnership agreement, event agreement, or other written authorization approved by JMC Legacy Enterprise, LLC.
JMC Legacy Enterprise, LLC may decline, discontinue, revise, reschedule, or limit services when a client, partner, attendee, sponsor, vendor, or third party fails to provide required information, payment, approvals, cooperation, documentation, or lawful authority.
5. Payments, Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds
All fees, deposits, retainers, sponsorship payments, appearance fees, vendor fees, event fees, consulting fees, promotional fees, and other charges are due as stated in the applicable invoice or a written and signed agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits, retainers, sponsorship fees, appearance fees, custom service fees, event planning fees, promotional fees, and work already performed are non-refundable.
Late payments, chargebacks, declined payments, or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services, cancellation of deliverables, denial of access to events or benefits, removal from promotional materials, and collection of amounts due, including reasonable collection costs where permitted by law.
6. Brand Partnerships, Sponsorships, Speaking Engagements, and Media Activities
All sponsorships, brand partnerships, speaking engagements, appearances, promotional collaborations, influencer-style activities, media features, endorsements, and entertainment-related activities must be approved by JMC Legacy Enterprise, LLC in writing, by a signed agreement.
No person or entity may imply endorsement, exclusivity, partnership, affiliation, sponsorship, approval, investment relationship, or agency relationship with the company unless the relationship is documented in a signed written agreement.
The company reserves the right to reject or terminate collaborations that conflict with its values, reputation, contractual obligations, intellectual property rights, public image, safety standards, or business interests.
7. Event Participation and Assumption of Risk
Event participation, attendance, vendor activity, speaking engagements, promotional appearances, media productions, community initiatives, and company-sponsored activities may involve travel, public interaction, venue conditions, crowd activity, weather, equipment, third-party vendors, physical activity, and other risks.
By participating in or attending an event, each participant, attendee, vendor, sponsor, contractor, and guest accepts responsibility for personal conduct, safety, property, health readiness, insurance coverage, and compliance with applicable rules, venue policies, and lawful instructions.
The company may require waivers, releases, insurance certificates, vendor agreements, parental consent for minors, security protocols, permits, or other documentation before participation.
8. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
All company names, trade names, logos, marks, slogans, designs, service descriptions, strategies, proposals, templates, written materials, presentations, training content, event concepts, photos, videos, recordings, promotional assets, website content, media content, and other original materials created or owned by JMC Legacy Enterprise, LLC are protected intellectual property.
No user, client, vendor, sponsor, partner, attendee, or third party may copy, distribute, modify, sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, use, license, post, publish, or commercially exploit company materials without prior written permission.
Payment for services does not transfer ownership of company intellectual property unless a signed written agreement expressly states otherwise.
9. User Submissions and Permission to Use Materials
When you submit information, testimonials, photos, videos, documents, logos, business information, creative materials, brand assets, project details, or other content to JMC Legacy Enterprise, LLC, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials and authorize the company to use them for the purpose requested.
Unless you opt out in writing or a separate agreement states otherwise, you grant the company permission to reference non-confidential project examples, testimonials, event participation, public collaborations, and approved brand materials for portfolio, reporting, promotional, and business development purposes.
10. Confidentiality and Sensitive Information
JMC Legacy Enterprise, LLC, will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information provided for business purposes. However, users should not submit highly sensitive information through website forms or unsecured email unless specifically requested and protected by appropriate safeguards.
Confidentiality obligations may be further defined in a signed nondisclosure agreement, service agreement, consulting agreement, sponsorship agreement, or partnership agreement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JMC Legacy Enterprise, LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, partners, sponsors, vendors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your conduct, breach of these Terms, misuse of company materials, violation of law, infringement of intellectual property, vendor operations, event participation, false information, or third-party claims related to your actions or omissions.
14. Conduct Standards
Clients, partners, attendees, sponsors, vendors, contractors, guests, and users must act professionally and lawfully when interacting with JMC Legacy Enterprise, LLC. Harassment, threats, fraud, defamation, unsafe conduct, unauthorized recording, brand misuse, intellectual property misuse, discriminatory conduct, disruption, or misrepresentation may result in denial of service, removal from events, termination of collaboration, legal action, and loss of fees paid.
15. Modification of Terms
JMC Legacy Enterprise, LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website, services, events, or company communications after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the state where JMC Legacy Enterprise, LLC is organized or principally operates, unless a written and signed agreement states otherwise. Any dispute resolution, venue, arbitration, or litigation provisions should be reviewed and finalized by legal counsel.
